Gurhan Ebren graduated from the Turkish Naval Academy, University of Istanbul (B.Sc. Degree in Marine Science) and Middle East Technical University – METU (M.Sc. in Physical Oceanography)..He also had different special trainings during his working in Turkish Navy and also in US.Navy .. He is retired when he was commander in the navy and  after retirement he has taken a special post in METU as an research assistanship. After METU times he is appointted  as  the managing director of Kusadasi and Kemer(Antalya) Marinas for 5 years. His works are ; “The Laser Lights”, “The Hydrological Characteristics and Water Balance of the Black Sea” and “Morphology and Flow Characteristics of the Lamas River mouth”. At the moment he is the owner & general manager of El Paso Travel Agency since 1989….He is fond of the preservation of nature, wild life and animals..He is also interested in sportive & cultural activities, sailing,   world affairs, politics, human rights and helping to children in undeveloped countries and so on.
